VENDOR INFORMATION

1.  Market Hours: Saturday & Sunday: Prepaid admitted at 7:00 am; unpaid vendors must pay at office prior to set-up. All vendors must be off grounds by 5:30pm for clean-up.
2.  Reservations: All spaces must be paid for in advance. Payments are received at Eagles Roost RV Resort office Mon.-Fri. 9:00am till 5:00pm. Bargainville office receives payments Sat. & Sun. from 7:00am till 10:00am.
     Monthly Reservations: are encouraged insuring same location sites. Rent on monthly reservations is due in advance by 4:00pm on the last Sunday of the month preceding the month rent is being paid for. Late fee of $25.00 will be added and space can be rented if payment is not received on time.
3. Vendor's Pass: It is mandatory for all vendors to receive a receipt for rent payment (Vendor's Pass) before setting up. The pass must accompany vendor's vehicle at all times....no exceptions. Setting up with out a pass automatically doubles the rent.
4. Clean-Up: Vendors are required to remove everything from their space, trash placed in rear dumpster, take all bulky items with you, flatten all boxes. There will be a $25.00 clean-up fee with failure to comply or denied future admission.
5.  Conduct: You must conduct yourself in an acceptable manner toward customers and other vendors, shirt and shoes to be worn at all times, do not move market property. Violation could result in removal from property.
6.  Handbills: No literature or fliers shall be distributed on the market grounds.
7.  Merchandise Display: All merchandise and advertising signs must be kept in your assigned space. No displays allowed on grass used for vendor parking.
8.  Assignment: Vendor's pass is for the exclusive and personal use of the vendor and may not be held in the name of another.
9.  Curfew: Spaces must be occupied by 9:00am or you forfeit your space for that day. In the event of an emergency, call us and we will hold your space.
10.  No Liability: The Market is not responsible for any damages or injuries to vendor's, vendor's guests, or his merchandise,e.g., vehicle. The vendor agrees to hold the Market harmless against any claim.
11.  Electricity: Make prior arrangements with office if you need electricity. Rates depend on usage. Positively no electric heaters, coffee pots, hotplates, etc.
12.  Compliance with laws: Vendor shall comply with all laws and regulations of the state of Georgia & Lowndes county.
13.  Sound: Vendor must regulate the volume of radios, televisions, stereos/sound equipment.
14.  Parking: Vendor must park in his assigned space and have Vendor's Pass for a designated space.
15.  Food:  POSITIVELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No: meats, home canned/baked items, out of date items, or seafood unless approved by the Department of Agriculture.
16.  Safe Speed:  Vendors shall drive in a safe manner, not to exceed 5 mph and shall yield to pedestrians.
17.  Building Spaces: Each space comes with one table. Any additional display racks must be removed at the end of the weekend. All staples, nails, or other materials must be removed for the safety of the next vendor.
18.  Not for sale items: Management reserves the right to determine what is offensive or dangerous to the public.  Anyone violating this rule will be expelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
19.  Security: Security is available on Saturday nights. Merchandise left on table will be charged a fee for security service.
20.  Flea Market Tips: (A) Keep children at your space (B) Collect Georgia sales tax (C) No violence of any kind (D) No profanity
(E) No games of chance,skill or raffle allowed (F) Nothing strung across walkways, overhead or on ground (G) No tattooing (H) No guns or switchblades (I) No rain checks or refunds (J) No bicycling, skating, or skate boarding (K) Pets must be on leash at all times
